after all the nonsense that's ensued with the Instagram restrictions since my birthday last month, i'm just taking a short break from reviewing this week and instead enjoying a dram over virtual drinks with friends (looky-loo, guess who's turning off the cameras and getting annoyed at the occasional hacker masterminds in REsistance).
good whisky deserves good company, and in this period when social distancing is more important then ever, virtual drinks enjoyed responsibly over fun activities like multiplayer online games are a less-commonly talked about, but nevertheless important, alternative to physical meetups. it's a great way to maintain connections and friendships without these being eroded by distance or time, and all while having great fun at that. slàinte!
